Where to shop or sell second-hand wedding items + fashion

Perhaps you're open to finding second-hand shoes on your big day. Maybe you want to sell a dress you wore to a wedding that still is in great condition. Check out this listing of second-hand stores you can easily buy and sell items.

Some sites even let you sell decor such as Mercari! You can get rid of wedding decor you used once for example. Why not get some of your money back on items like center pieces or flower girl dresses.

Several of these companies such as Swap.com and thredUP makes selling super easy! You can request a bag or label to send your items to them; they sell it for you. You earn a commission on the sale.

I think the best place to sell a dress online would be Poshmark

Southern + Simple Wedding Dresses

Being a southern girl myself; I could not wait to share these southern inspired; yet simple wedding dresses

Although I can be quite “extra,” I love the idea of a simple wedding look even for the reception. Maybe you already have this princess ball gown but want to be able to move around better for the first dance?

Not everyone is into some huge wedding with lots of family. So many couples choose for a court house wedding, elopement or just a small ceremony with immediate family. You probably do not want a huge dress for these type of weddings.

Besides; traveling to a destination wedding with a huge dress could be a hassle or airports and in taxis. I would probably opt for a simpler dress if I were doing a vow renewal as well.

Some brides are not interested in some over the top look or wedding. And I do not blame them. Perhaps this is not their first wedding or they would rather use their wedding dress funds towards to honey moon.

Regardless; these dresses are stunning! I felt they were unique and could save you so much money compared to fancy bridal shops or regularly priced wedding gowns.
