You could invite them all out to a brunch and give them a cute card or box to open as a surprise. You could send a box by mail with cute goodies inside as well.
I love the idea of a bridesmaids proposal box but I am not really into those boxes filled with dollar store products since it just makes it so obvious it was cheaper...even though it is the thought that counts. I think it's best to just invite them out for a lunch if you do not to do a gift to ask them to be apart of your bridal party... EASY!
Maybe you can rent a cabana or day-pass at a resort to let them know all at once. You could also consider hosting a smaller or get together let them know and to invite them all at once at a fun location using Swimply. Let them know it's a pool party with a special surprise or something? I love surprises...and an excuse to party with friends or celebrate special and happy moments in life.
Why not pay for their shoes for the wedding? Some traditions have the bridesmaids pay for items such as their dress but I would think a bridesmaid would love you going ahead and gifting them their dress or shoes as a gift. Find stunning shoes HERE.
